We ask for a $40 contribution for the fall club season to help cover costs of facilities rental and supplies.  Please let us know of any financial need - we are happy to work out a scholarship.

All participants will need to complete the liability release above and may need to purchase a USA Wrestling membership ($50 per year) for liability purposes in order to fully participate in club practices and events.  You can connect your membership with the Mountain Mayhem Wrestling Club.  Please let us know if there is a financial hardship or if you need help navigating the process.  Click the link to the right for membership.
