Mountain Mayhem Wrestling Club is excited to announce its first annual Dodgeball Tournament fundraiser to be held on Saturday, May 9th, 2020.  We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to be a sponsor.  Your sponsorship will help us deliver this event while ultimately raising funds and interest to support our local mountain community youth wrestling programs.

 

Over the last ten years, the local mountain middle school wrestling program has impacted countless kids and allowed them to build character, grit, confidence, and emotional strength.  From its humble roots with just a handful of athletes, it is now the largest and most competitive sports program in the mountain community. Made up of 50 kids and families, it is one of the largest programs in the entire league, despite being the smallest school by far. This year, our athletes earned 3rd place in league, and sent 14 of our 16 varsity wrestlers to sections!

 

We are excited to partner with you, as we look to expand the impact of the school wrestling program and to take our competitiveness to the next level.  This amazing event’s fundraising will support the following:

•New Equipment - Loaner shoes for participants, crash pads and floor gymnastics equipment for Mountain Mayhem Minis tumbling classes

•Mountain Mayhem Wrestling Club Facilities Rental and Insurance Costs—We strive to offer our off-season training and practice program to all participants at very affordable costs. 

•“Fund a Wrestler Program”—To eliminate financial obstacles for those kids in our community who do not have the means to participate in a team sport.  It costs about $150 to cover an athlete for the school season.

•Community Building Events - Support team and community-building athletic and social events like fitness club, beach workouts, obstacle course races, etc.
